Pumpkin Bear instructions

HERE is the selections.. you will need for this tutorial. Unzip them into your Selections folder in My PSP Files folder in Doc.

Open a new transparent image, 400px wide, 650px high. Unzip selections
to your Selections Folder.

1. Create a new layer. Selections, load left leg.sel. Flood fill with color
#D5BF8F. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #957839, V=0, H=4,
Opacity=100, Blur=30. Deselect.
On the same layer, load selection, right leg.sel. Flood fill and apply
cutout same as with left leg, except change H=-4.
Keep selected, go to Selections, Invert 1, press delete key once.
Deselect. On the same layer, selections, load leg shade.sel. Flood fill
with once only with color #957839. Deselect.

2. Create a new layer. Selections, load stem.sel. Flood fill with color
#957839. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #6E3A08, V=0, H=0,
Opacity=100, Blur=10. Deselect.

3. Create a new layer. Selections, load pumpkin top inside.sel. Flood fill
with color #EED39A. Deselect.

4. Create a new layer. Selections, load left arm.sel. Flood fill with color
#D5BF8F. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #957839, V=0, H=0,
Opacity=100, Blur=30. Deselect. On the same layer, load left arm shade.sel.
Flood fill once only with color #AB8941. Deselect.

5. Create a new layer. Selections, load pumpkin body.sel. Flood fill
with color #FF8543. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #923C25,
H=0, V=0, Opacity=100, Blur=50. Deselect. On the same layer, load
selection, pumpkin body shade.sel. Flood fill once only with
color #D34C03. Deselect. On the same layer, load selection pumpkin
body highlight.sel. Flood fill once only with color #FF9961. Deselect.
Change layer opacity to 75%.


6. Create a new layer. Selections, load ears.sel. Flood fill with color
#D5BF8F. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #957839, V=0, H=0,
Opacity=100, Blur=10. Deselect. On the same layer, load ears shade.sel.
Flood fill once only with color #AB8941. Deselect.


7. Create a new layer. Selections, load head.sel. Flood fill with color
#D5BF8F. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #957839, V=0, H=0,
Opacity=100, Blur=35. Deselect. On the same layer, load head shade.sel.
Flood fill once only with color #AB8941. Deselect.

8. Create a new layer. Selections, load right arm.sel. Flood fill with color
#D5BF8F. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #957839, V=0, H=-4,
Opacity=100, Blur=30. Do not deselect. Selections, Modify, Contract 1.
Selections, Invert. Press delete key once. Deselect.

9. Create a new layer. Selections, load leaves.sel. Flood fill with
color #599359. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #335333, V=0,
H=0, Opacity=100, Blur=15. Deselect. On the same layer, load
selection, leaves lines.sel. Flood fill with color #335333. Deselect.
Change layer opacity to 50%.

10. Create a new layer. Selections, load bird body.sel. Flood fill with
color #202020. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color black,
H=0, V=0, Opacity=100, Blur=20. Repeat cutout once more. Deselect.

11. Create a new layer. Selections, load bird tail.sel. Flood fill with
color #202020. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color black, V=0,
H=0, Opacity=100, Blur=9.0. Deselect. On the same layer, load bird
beak.sel. Flood fill with color #E1B34F. Deselect.

12. Create a new layer. Selections, load bird head.sel. Flood fill with
color #202020. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color black, V=0,
H=0, Opacity=100, Blur=9.0. Deselect. On the same layer, load bird
beak.sel. Flood fill with color #E1B34F. Deselect. On the same layer,
load bird eyes.sel. Flood fill with color white. Deselect.

13. Create a new layer. Selections, load pumpkin top.sel. Flood fill
with color #FF8543. Selections, Float. Apply cutout, color #923C25,
H=0, V=0, Opacity=100, Blur=50. Deselect. On the same layer, load
selection, pumpkin top shade.sel. Flood fill once only with
color #923C25. Deselect. On the same layer, load selection pumpkin
top highlight.sel. Flood fill once only with color #FF9961. Deselect.

14. Create a new layer. Selections, load buttons.sel. Flood fill with
color black. Apply Inner Bevel, metallic preset. Deselect.

15. Create a new layer. Selections, mouth and eyebrows.sel. Flood fill with color
black. Deselect. On the same layer, load nose.sel. Flood fill with
color black, apply Inner Bevel, round, width=14, smoothness=15,
depth=12, ambience=0, shininess=50, angle=315, intensity=50,
elevation=30. Deselect. On the same layer, load eyes.sel. Flood fill
with color black. Apply same Inner Bevel same as before. Deselect.
